Odisha Women in Media (OWM) celebrated its 3rd Foundation Day, gathering around 100 female professionals from media and related fields. The event featured discussions on happiness and self-care, emphasizing the balance between professional and personal
life. Senior journalist Pamela Philipose highlighted the importance of appreciation and encouragement in the workplace, praising the strong network of women media persons. Harmeet Sehra, CSR Head of Vedanta Aluminium, served as the guest of honor, discussing happiness as a choice and mindset. The event included an award ceremony and the unveiling of OWM's annual magazine 'Arohi'.
