Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) responded to a partial ceiling collapse at Happy Days Chinese Seafood Restaurant in Kaimuki. The incident, initially classified as a “confined rescue incident” by HFD, occurred at the Waialae
