The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced the new Primary general presidency during its 196th Annual General Conference. President Rosemary K. Chibota, along with Sister Nina M. Garfield and Sister Theresa A. Collins, will begin their
service on August 1, 2026. This change follows the release of the outgoing presidency led by President Susan H. Porter. The new leaders were presented by President D. Todd Christofferson and will join eight new General Authority Seventies.
