years of industry experience in both the United States and Switzerland to his new role. His previous positions include director of hotel operations for the Marriott Austin South, opening general manager of The Equestrian in Ocala, Florida, and general manager of the Hotel Granduca Austin. He has also held significant roles with Omni Hotels and Resorts, including director of rooms at Omni Austin Downtown and director of rooms and activities at Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa. Glattfelder's European experience includes working at prestigious hotels such as Hotel Savoy Baur en Ville in Zurich and Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz. Fluent in multiple languages, he holds a degree in hospitality from hotel schools in Lausanne and Geneva, Switzerland.
