diagnosed with a rare BRAF-altered mesenchymal tumor, necessitating the removal of significant portions of her chest structure. The surgical team opted for a PEKK 3D-printed implant, chosen for its strength and flexibility, to replace the removed bones. This marks the first time a complete 3D-printed chest cage has been used in Israel for such a complex reconstruction.
