Prime Minister Edi Rama announced this initiative as part of his government's strategy to eliminate corruption in public tenders. Diella, which has been operational on the e-Albania portal since January, assists citizens with bureaucratic tasks and aims to ensure transparency in government spending. The AI will gradually take over the decision-making process for public tenders, removing human influence to prevent bribery and conflicts of interest.
