Dallas Kendall Albert, a respected figure in Naperville, Illinois, passed away at the age of 98. Known affectionately as Ken, he was born in Vienna, Illinois, and served in the United States Navy during World War II. After his military service, Ken pursued
a career in chemistry, earning degrees from Memphis State University and Purdue University. He worked for Standard Oil and later retired from the Amoco Research Center as a Senior Chemist. Ken was married to Loretta Cobb for 64 years until her passing in 2018. He was a devoted family man, known for his integrity, humility, and kindness. Ken was also a long-time member of the Community United Methodist Church in Naperville. A memorial service and a Celebration of Life event are scheduled to honor his memory.
