The development, currently under construction, will be part of a two-tower luxury campus featuring a 500-room Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino and a 600-room Radisson Blu luxury hotel. The site will also include a 50,000-square-foot casino, a 4,000-seat entertainment venue, and over 70,000 square feet of retail space. The project is expected to create over 2,000 permanent jobs and significantly contribute to Tbilisi's hospitality and tourism sector.
