The CARE Climate & Resilience Academy is providing free online courses and professional training aimed at humanitarian and development professionals. This initiative is designed to enhance the capacity of individuals and organizations to tackle climate-related
challenges. The academy offers a variety of learning resources, including self-paced courses, interactive learning journeys, and customized training programs. These resources focus on key areas such as climate change adaptation, climate resilience, locally led adaptation, and sustainable livelihoods. The academy, developed by the CARE Climate Justice Center, combines practical field experience with evidence-based learning to equip participants with the skills needed to create resilient communities. Over 4,900 participants have already enrolled in these courses, which are accessible globally and can be completed at the learner's own pace.
