Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotel aims to enhance hospitality offerings at Kenya's primary international gateway. The Courtyard by Marriott Nairobi Airport will feature approximately 180 rooms and suites, designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers. The property will include two restaurants, bars, a rooftop fitness center, and a swimming pool, alongside versatile event spaces. The hotel has already secured Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certification for sustainable building practices.
