VFS Global Academy, a prominent institution in training professionals for the travel and hospitality sectors, has entered into a strategic partnership with BorderPlus, a workforce mobility platform. This collaboration aims to facilitate Indian talent in accessing global career opportunities. The partnership will see VFS Global Academy providing tailored training programs for candidates who have been pre-selected and have completed necessary documentation. These programs will include monthly Pre-Departure Orientation (PDOT) and Soft Skill Training sessions at six VFS Global Academy centers across India. The training is designed to help candidates understand cultural norms, workplace expectations, and everyday systems in their new countries, ensuring they are well-prepared to integrate and succeed from the outset.
