Significant seizures have occurred at Gandhi Wholesale in Georgia, where over 57,000 counterfeit lighters and multiple bank accounts were frozen. In New York, more than 8,000 counterfeit lighters were seized along with several bank accounts. BIC has named four wholesalers in additional lawsuits, including Lev Trading and G&A Distribution in New York, and Mass Discount Merchandizer and United Wholesale in Texas.
