Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti, through The Bisciotti Family Foundation, has pledged up to $3 million in scholarships for Baltimore City students attending Morgan State University. This renewed investment aims to support the Ozzie Newsome Scholars
Program, providing financial assistance to close gaps related to tuition, textbooks, housing, transportation, and technology. The eight-year grant, facilitated through the Morgan State University Foundation Inc., will run from 2026 through 2033. It is designed to support 40 new Ozzie Newsome Scholars, with 10 students entering in each of the next four incoming classes. Each scholarship will provide $15,000 annually for up to five years, potentially totaling $75,000 per student. Eligibility requirements include being Pell Grant eligible, graduating from a Baltimore City public school or an approved independent school, enrolling in college immediately after high school, and participating in the CollegeBound Foundation’s College Completion Program.
