Collin Holzberger has been appointed as the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Rural Philanthropy Fellow by the Community Foundation of St. Clair County. He is one of 15 professionals selected for the 2026-2027 Rural Philanthropy Fellows cohort, which includes fellows
