Egypt's Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Alaa Farouk, announced significant achievements in the country's agricultural sector for the year 2025. The minister highlighted a record in agricultural exports,
reaching nearly 9 million tons, facilitated by the opening of 25 new international markets. This expansion underscores Egypt's growing competitiveness in global markets. Additionally, the country achieved 100% self-sufficiency in table eggs and fresh milk, 97% in white meat, and 93.5% in fish. These accomplishments align with Egypt's vision for sustainable development, focusing on digital transformation and resource optimization in agriculture.
