MEININGER Hotels is set to open its first property in Spain, the MEININGER Hotel Barcelona Fira Gran Via, on June 25, 2026. The hotel, converted from a former office building, features 162 rooms and over 500 beds, catering to business travelers, families,
and groups. Located near the Fira Gran Via exhibition center, the hotel offers easy access to trade fairs and cultural events. It is BREEAM certified for sustainability, operating on renewable electricity and incorporating energy-efficient features like solar panels and water-saving devices.
