Additionally, Sowerby admitted to defrauding at least 150 people through Dunamis Global Technologies from 2018 to 2019 by convincing them to purchase non-existent cryptocurrency mining machines, resulting in losses of several million dollars. His involvement in the Justice Capital scheme from 2021 to 2023, marketed as a hedge fund for high-income earners using a 'bot' algorithm, led to one individual losing $207,000.
