The National Retail Federation (NRF) has announced the inclusion of five new members in its prestigious List of People Shaping Retail's Future 2026. These honorees will be celebrated at the NRF Foundation
Honors event scheduled for January 11, 2026. The list includes Kory Marchisotto, Chief Marketing Officer of E.l.f. Beauty; Billy May, CEO of Brooklinen; Scott McBride, Chief Global Asset Protection Officer and Chief Security Officer at American Eagle Outfitters Inc.; Kathleen McLaughlin, Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Walmart Inc.; and Brieane Olson, CEO of Pacsun. According to Adam Lukoskie, Executive Director of the NRF Foundation, these leaders exemplify the diverse career paths available in the retail industry and have shown a commitment to making a lasting impact for future generations. The NRF Foundation supports the retail industry by providing over $1 million in scholarships annually, connecting 80,000 learners and 3,700 educational and workforce partners.
