Why It's Important?
The growth in hotel stays among Indian travelers highlights the importance of loyalty programs in the hospitality industry. These programs are crucial for attracting and retaining customers, offering personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction. The increasing preference for loyalty programs reflects broader consumer trends towards value-added services and exclusive offerings.
