Over the next four years, the program will be implemented across various locations in England, starting with Oxfordshire and Bradford, and is expected to benefit over 250 leaders in the social sector. The program is designed to provide participants with essential skills, confidence, and networks to enhance their leadership roles. The steering group for this project includes experts like Cordelia Osewa-Ediae, Malcolm John, Michael Hamilton, and Reem Assil. The program is supported by over £1 million in funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
