Premier Modular has been appointed to all three lots of the NHS Commercial Solutions' newly announced £1bn Modular Building Framework. This four-year agreement aims to facilitate the rapid and sustainable
delivery of modular and prefabricated buildings across various public sectors, including healthcare, housing, and education. The framework is divided into three key lots, with Premier Modular being one of only three companies selected as a trusted partner across all. Lot 2, the largest, is valued at up to £600m and involves the design, manufacture, supply, installation, and maintenance of modular buildings. Lot 1, worth up to £150m, covers consultancy services, while Lot 3, valued at £300m, focuses on managed services such as medical equipment delivery and IT infrastructure.
