Congresswoman Luz Rivas (CA-29), co-chair of the STEM Education Caucus, has introduced the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Act of 2026. This proposed legislation aims to reauthorize and modernize the existing
