Loughborough Business School, in collaboration with Black Excellence UK, hosted the 'Leadership to Legacy: Building Futures with Purpose and Pride' forum as part of Black History Month celebrations. The
event aimed to bring together leaders from various professional backgrounds to share insights and strategies for building futures rooted in purpose and pride. Key speakers included Obi James, Professor Martin Tuuli, and Dr. Ashiedu Joel, who emphasized the importance of grounding leadership in personal values and resilience.
