in death by his wife, Patricia 'Pat' Magee, and is survived by his children and grandchildren. Magee was a proud Chicagoan and lifelong White Sox fan, known for his vibrant personality and dedication to family and friends. He co-founded McCarthy & Magee in 1980, growing the business alongside his sons. Magee was also a longtime member of the LaGrange Country Club, where he enjoyed golfing and socializing.
