What's Happening?
The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County has announced the opening of applications for the 2027 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship. This scholarship is available to incoming high school seniors residing in Delaware County, Indiana, who
attend an accredited high school in the area. The scholarship covers full tuition and required fees for four years of undergraduate study at any accredited public or private nonprofit college or university in Indiana. Additionally, it provides up to $900 annually for books and equipment. Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential and community involvement. The application process includes responding to five essay prompts, and the deadline for submission is September 21, 2026. Two finalists will be selected from Delaware County, and the winners will be announced in December.
