The inaugural WWD x Sourcing Journal Global Fashion and Business Conference was held at the Regent Hong Kong, featuring prominent figures in the fashion industry such as Kim Jones, Fausto Puglisi, Jason
Wu, and Robert Wun. The event was organized by Fairchild Media Group in collaboration with the Hong Kong Fashion Council and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency. Raistlin Lau, under secretary for culture, sports, and tourism of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Bosco Law, deputy chairman and CEO of Lawsgroup, were key speakers. The conference focused on themes like global creativity, cross-cultural innovation, and the future of fashion, highlighting Hong Kong's role as a bridge between Eastern and Western fashion markets.
