Avibras Aeroco, a Brazilian missile specialist, is resuming operations at its Jacareí plant in São Paulo after a judicial reorganization. The company, formerly Avibras Indústria Aeroespacial, was restructured to separate its debt from its operational
assets. Avibras Aeroco was established in March and has been expanding its workforce, aiming to reach 1,100 employees by the end of July. The facility spans 2.7 million square meters and includes extensive development and production capabilities. The reorganization has positioned Avibras as a strategic defense company, accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Defence.
