daily. The study aimed to determine if cranberry juice, rich in polyphenols like proanthocyanidins, could influence mood and stress levels. While self-reported mood changes were negligible, biological markers indicated a reduction in cortisol levels and improvements in short-term memory among those consuming cranberry juice.
