Delgado Community College in New Orleans reported significant growth in its workforce training programs and enrollment for the year 2025. The college awarded over 6,000 credentials and served more than 21,000 students in degree programs, alongside thousands
in workforce and adult education. Delgado is leading the Greater New Orleans Infrastructure Partnership and implementing a $6.05 million grant to enhance regional workforce capacity, particularly in infrastructure and construction. The college has also partnered with Apple to expand digital skills training and is developing Louisiana's first Electric Vehicle Technology program. Additionally, Delgado is constructing new facilities, including an Automotive Center for Excellence, and has secured over $10 million in external funding to support these initiatives.
