Andrew Green, a Fairport senior, won the boys Section V Class A Cross Country Championship race with a time of 15:21.9. In soccer, Churchville-Chili senior Chris Keller scored the decisive goal in the Saints' victory over Clarence, while Fairport senior Jackson Piacitelli contributed significantly to his team's success in the Class AAA final and regional contest against Lancaster. The nominees are selected by sports reporters, and the public can vote until Wednesday evening, with the winner announced on Instagram Thursday morning.
