Robert Edmund 'Bobby' Caskie, a long-time resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at his home on August 5, 2026. Born in Richmond, Virginia, in 1947, Bobby moved to Shreveport in 1955 and began a lifelong career with Young's Discount
Batteries at the age of 18. Known for his humor, generosity, and love of family, Bobby was deeply cherished by his family and friends. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Caskie Ferguson, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who remember him for his ability to turn ordinary moments into treasured memories. A celebration of his life is scheduled for August 14, 2026, at Aulds Funeral Home in Shreveport, followed by burial at Forest Park West Cemetery.
