The Next Gen Agriculture Mentorship Program in Saskatchewan has announced its latest cohort of emerging leaders in the agriculture sector. Supported by the Government of Saskatchewan and Canadian Western Agribition, the program pairs eight mentees with
experienced industry mentors for an 18-month period. The initiative aims to cultivate future leaders by providing hands-on experience in governance, advocacy, business development, media relations, and financial management. Participants are exposed to decision-making processes that influence the direction of Saskatchewan's agriculture industry.
