Ganzhou City, located in the southern part of Jiangxi Province, China, has been the focus of a study analyzing the coordination of production, living, and ecological spaces from 2000 to 2020. The study divides the city into 10 km grid cells to evaluate
land use patterns and their functional interactions. Using a multi-factor weighted summation method, the study calculates functional scores for production, living, and ecological land use within each grid cell. The research employs a ternary coupling coordination model to assess the degree of interaction and synergy among these spaces, revealing whether they develop harmoniously or exhibit imbalances.
