Moffitt Cancer Center, a leading cancer treatment facility, has partnered with Mainsail Lodging & Development to construct a new 200-room hotel on Moffitt's McKinley Campus. Scheduled to open in summer 2028, the hotel aims to provide high-quality accommodations for patients, families, visiting physicians, and scientists. The $84 million project addresses the need for modern lodging near the cancer center, which serves patients from across the United States and over 130 countries. The hotel will feature modern guest rooms, meeting spaces, a restaurant, and a fitness center, enhancing the overall experience for visitors to the Moffitt McKinley and Magnolia campuses.
