of Bison USA, has been with Bison Transport since 1997, overseeing operations in both the U.S. and Canada. He previously served on ATRI’s Research Advisory Committee from 2019 to 2024. Michael Kiely, president of global government affairs at UPS, has been with the company since 1992 and leads its global legislative strategy and advocacy efforts. The appointments were made by ATRI Chairman Derek Leathers, CEO of Werner Enterprises.
