individuals deliberately blocking police vehicles and performing dangerous maneuvers such as 'donuts' in the road. During the confrontation, two police cruisers were vandalized, with one officer's vehicle having its rear window shattered and windshield smashed. Despite the damage, no officers were injured. The Montgomery County Police Department is leading the investigation and has requested public assistance in identifying those responsible.
