What's Happening?
Nate Brookreson has been serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Seattle Kraken since November 2020. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing performance training and monitoring strategies for the team. Brookreson brings extensive experience from his previous roles at North Carolina State University, the University of Memphis, and Eastern Washington University. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree, and is a certified strength and conditioning coach.
