Pradesh, India, will focus on developing and managing the implementation of MELS and digital transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of MELS plans, reviewing and adjusting MELS targets and tools, coordinating annual outcome monitoring, and working with external evaluators for project assessments. The role also involves leading the integration of the organization's Project Management Information System (PMIS) with digital dashboards, developing IT and digital solutions for operational areas like Self-Help Groups and Farmer Producer Organizations, and building IT-enabled tracking mechanisms. The officer will also support the design and implementation of AI-driven mechanisms for predictive analytics and process automation.
