Accor has announced the opening of the Sofitel Genoa Waterfront, a luxury hotel set to debut in 2027. The project is a collaboration with AG Group, an Italian tourism operator, and will feature 120 guestrooms, including 20 suites. Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the hotel will offer amenities such as a restaurant, lounge bar, pool bar, spa, gym, swimming pool, and meeting rooms. The location will benefit from improved rail connectivity, linking Genoa to Milan in 53 minutes by 2026, providing access to Portofino and the Cinque Terre.
