Social media influencer Adva Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, has been charged with grand theft by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. The charges stem from an incident during the Coachella Music Festival in April 2025, where Lavie allegedly
stole $11,100 worth of property, including a Rolex, Louis Vuitton sunglasses, and a wallet, from a man's truck parked outside his Airbnb. Surveillance footage reportedly captured Lavie entering the truck after becoming upset over not receiving a festival wristband. Lavie was arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department on July 28, 2026, for an active warrant and violating a court order requiring her to wear an ankle monitor. She is also facing six felony charges in Los Angeles County for allegedly using dating apps to steal from wealthy older men between 2023 and 2025. Lavie has pleaded not guilty to these charges and is currently held without bail.
