What's Happening?
A $160 million two-hotel resort is planned for Main and 23rd Street in the Fort Worth Stockyards, Texas. The development, led by Delightful Development Co. and Woodbine Development Co., will feature 225 rooms and suites across two hotels, sharing a subterranean
parking garage. The site will include extensive greenspace, entertainment areas, and access to the Marine Creek Promenade. Amenities will include a pool with cabanas, meeting spaces, and various dining options. The project is a public-private partnership with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County-TIF #15, with groundbreaking expected in fall 2027 and opening in spring 2030.
