Marriott International, Inc. and The Royal Group International have announced plans to open The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh in 2032. This development will be part of a mixed-use project on Norodom Boulevard in the
heart of Cambodia's capital. The project will include a 152-key Ritz-Carlton Hotel and 119 branded residences. The hotel will feature luxury amenities such as an infinity pool, fitness center, spa, and multiple dining options. The residences will offer ultra-luxury living with various layouts, including penthouses with panoramic views.
