What's Happening?
The SiGMA Foundation has successfully completed a significant philanthropic venture in Africa, combining adventure with social impact. A team of 20 participants climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and subsequently inaugurated several educational and community projects
in Uganda and Ethiopia. In Uganda, the Foundation completed two kindergarten projects, the Rosemarie Rapa Kindergarten in Nawaikoke and the Marie Louise Marshall Kindergarten in Kasese, each providing a safe and permanent learning environment for around 200 children. In Ethiopia, the Adrian Tonna Community Centre was opened in Bonga, designed to generate revenue for community programs, and the Jake Vella Elementary School and Antoine Cesareo St Peter and St Paul Kindergarten were established to improve educational infrastructure. Additionally, a water harvesting system was installed at Wush Wush Kindergarten to ensure a consistent supply of clean water.
