The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Director-General, Dr. QU Dongyu, met with H.E. Asikin Yoeu, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia, during the 38th Session of the FAO Regional Conference
