Diego Fernandez-Delgado struggling and decided to assist him. Fernandez-Delgado, who did not have a phone, asked the teens to call for help. Royer called 911, and first responders arrived promptly, diagnosing Fernandez-Delgado with a heart attack. He has since recovered after undergoing several medical procedures.
