agency launched a public dashboard in April 2024 using Envisio software to keep the public informed about strategic priorities, including organizational excellence, planning and infrastructure, environmental stewardship, emergency preparedness, climate resiliency, and community engagement. The initiative involved extensive community engagement, with over 300 participants providing feedback. Internally, the dashboard is updated through quarterly strategy workshops, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
