through sports. The agreement, which lasts until December 31, 2027, will see specific actions defined annually. Why It's Important?

By supporting the renovation of the Cardiac Critical Care Unit, Girona FC is contributing to improved healthcare services, which can lead to better patient outcomes. The partnership also highlights the importance of integrating sports into health initiatives, potentially encouraging other sports entities to engage in similar collaborations. This could lead to broader societal benefits, including increased awareness of health issues and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
What's Next?
The agreement outlines several initiatives for the 2025-2026 season, including awareness campaigns via Girona FC's social media, ticket giveaways to promote flu vaccination among healthcare professionals, and visits by first-team players to the hospital.
