The site, formerly Wolfenden School, is free from agricultural holdings and environmental risks. Bolton Council has initiated a neighbor consultation plan, with feedback requested by July 23. The construction will use glass-reinforced polyester cantilever beams and roofing panels, with no changes to existing access or parking arrangements.
