Carnegie Hospitality, known for its Carnegie Diner and Delos restaurants, is expanding its presence in New York City by signing a lease for a new location at 200 Chambers Street in Tribeca. The new site
will occupy 8,450 square feet, taking over the entire West Street blockfront between Chambers and Warren streets. This marks Carnegie's first venture into downtown Manhattan. The landlord, Jack Resnick & Sons, developed the luxury condo tower in 2007 and continues to own the retail space. The new restaurants are expected to open next summer, replacing a former Palm steakhouse branch. Carnegie Hospitality is also planning further expansions in Manhattan and Brooklyn in 2026.
