AI-based simulations, developed by the nonprofit Branch Alliance for Educator Diversity (BranchED), allow teachers to practice engaging with virtual parent avatars that respond in real-time. These simulations are part of the Emerging Educators pilot program, which supports new teachers transitioning from non-education fields.
